Before you pack

Will the refill bottles clear airport security?

The travel bottles we stock are 2 oz and 3 oz, under the 3.4 oz carry-on limit for liquids. Every capacity is printed on the product page, so check it before you fill.

What are the packing organizers made of?

Mostly ripstop nylon and polyester with mesh panels so clothes can breathe, plus a few in coated fabric for wet items. Materials and exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

How should I clean an insulated tumbler or glass bottle?

Hand wash the body with warm soapy water and a long-handled brush, then let the lid and its seal dry apart so nothing stays damp. Dishwasher notes, where they apply, are in the description.

Do the bath pieces need drilling?

Many of the racks, hooks and caddies mount with adhesive backing or simply stand on the floor or the tub rim. The mounting method is stated in every description.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order inside the United States, all 50 states, with no minimum order value. We do not ship internationally and there is no expedited option.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Can I return something I simply did not get on with?

No. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item received, within 30 days of delivery. Transit damage must be reported within 72 hours with photos, and approved refunds reach the original payment method 3-7 business days after inspection.

Is checkout secure, and is everything new?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and card details are never stored on our side. Every product ships brand new in its original packaging; we do not offer gift wrapping.
